Broomfield-based Vail Resorts Inc. (NYSE: MTN) is picking up two new mountain resorts down under. The ski giant plans to acquire Falls Creek Alpine Resort and Hotham Alpine Resort in Victoria, Australia, for approximately $124 million U.S. dollars at the current conversion rate, according to a release from Vail Resorts.
